Need to make a holdxyz return? Please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We want to know why! Email sales@holdxyz.com with Return in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for your return. Bethany or Chris will respond within 48 hours with options for resolution and refund. *It may take up to 10 days for refund to be posted to your account.
Received The Wrong Item(s)?
We’re human so occasionally we get our lines crossed and you end up with the wrong color holdxyz crab. Sorry! Let us know within 5 days of order delivery and email sales@holdxyz.com with Wrong Color in the subject line. Include a photo of the holdxyz you received as well as your order number. Bethany or Chris will respond within 48 hours with options for resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To acquire the holdxyz crab you would prefer, go through our return process. *Original shipping fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged or defective. Refunds for used products will only be issued if defective.
